What happens during a 90-minute visit?
We work from your current priority list and complete as many appropriate household tasks as possible during the scheduled visit.
Can I change my to-do list from visit to visit?
Absolutely. Your priorities can change as your home's needs change.
What is included in the memberships?
Memberships provide recurring 90-minute visits at the frequency of the selected tier, focused on home maintenance, concierge support, organization and appropriate light handyman tasks.
Do you offer service without a membership?
Yes. Per-diem service is $179 for 90 minutes, with additional time billed at $49 per 30-minute increment.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. We can provide home access, coordinate appointments and help manage the homeowner's maintenance to-do list. When licensed trade work is required, we coordinate with the appropriate qualified professional.
Can you check on my home while I'm away?
Yes. Home-watch services can include checking doors and windows, looking for leaks or obvious damage, checking temperature, bringing in mail/packages, post-storm inspections and preparing the home before your arrival.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Sudbury, Wayland, Natick, Wellesley, Dover, Sherborn and Framingham. Service requests outside our standard service area may be accommodated subject to availability and may be subject to an additional travel fee, which will be confirmed in advance.
